How to choose the color paste?

According to the coloring object and environmental requirements, the color paste is mainly divided into two types: Sun resistant and non sun resistant. Generally, when there is no compatibility in the internal use system, the principle of meeting the color requirements and low cost is not required to be sun resistant. For external use, the following factors need to be considered:

1. Light and weather resistance;

2. Chemical medium resistance (mainly acid and alkali resistance);

3. Compatibility with the use system;

4. Coloring intensity, hiding power and color development;

5. Matching between color pastes

6. Storage stability of color paste;

Generally, the color retention of external coatings is quite strict, so when choosing color pastes, we should pay particular attention to the light resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance of color pastes. On the premise of good compatibility, coloring power, hiding power, color development and storage stability, the compatibility of color pastes is also crucial. Monochrome pastes with better light and weather resistance should be selected as far as possible.
